Children
Any child under 10 must be accompanied by an adult not receiving a service. Children not receiving a service are not permitted in any work area including waxing room.

Return Policy
If you are not happy with your service, neither are we. Therefore, services will gladly be redone within 10 days of your initial visit. We will exchange unopened products or apply the dollar amount to any future service, we can not offer cash back for returned products. Ouidad products in only the 8oz size may be returned within 30 days for a money back guarantee with original receipt.
